Place breadcrumbs from 3 wholemeal bread in big bowl

Mix and leave a few minutes

 Add powdered oatmeal

 Add in
2 crushed garlic
1 teaspoon of oregano
A pinch of salt
1 teaspoon Secukup Rasa Maggie Seasoning (optional)

Add caramelized onions and mix well

Once mixed, add 1 whisked egg

Scoop to make into balls

Either fry or bake them which ever suits you bet.
Today I fried on slow heat, covered for bit before they are ready to be dunked in the spaghetti sauce

 Ready to be dunked yeaaaaaaaaaah

Preheat any ready made spaghetti sauce then dunk the meatballs. Mix well.

Meatballs are ready to be served with blanch spinach for a few minutes in hot water. Season spinach with salt and pepper (add butter if u wish)

The meal here has all the goodness of magnesium/calcium as well as oatmeal being a lactogenic food good for nursing moms.
