1 cup of milk
1 teaspoon Secukup Rasa Maggie Seasong

3/4 cup of oatmeal (I blitzed it abit to get a powery consistancy)
breadcrumbs from 3 wholemeal bread (a day old, leave out to dry or toasted)
1 Big Onion, diced, saute with butter until brown (caramelized)
2 crushed garlic

Add in

Add caramelized onions and mix well
Once mixed, add 1 whisked egg
Scoop to make into balls
Either fry or bake them which ever suits you bet.
Today I fried on slow heat, covered for bit before they are ready to be dunked in the spaghetti sauce

Preheat any ready made spaghetti sauce then dunk the meatballs. Mix well.
Meatballs are ready to be served with blanch spinach for a few minutes in hot water. Season spinach with salt and pepper (add butter if u wish)
The meal here has all the goodness of magnesium/calcium as well as oatmeal being a lactogenic food good for nursing moms.
