Saat Memilih Nama untuk Anak

Bila tengok ticker tu macam ngeri pulak tengok "Countdown to scheduled C-section"

Padahal hakikatnya I baru 35 weeks tau...hai nasib seorang ibu pregnant yang ada GDM (kencing manis semasa mengandung)

So, dalam 2-3 minggu ni dah kena tetapkan hati pilih nama untuk this baby. DH dah setuju nama boy (HAH! masih jugak mengharap BOY :P) dan I dah tetapkan nama kalau perempuan. Huhuhu rahsia...sok dah bersalin I bagitau.

Saat memilih nama Aliya Maisarah, I rasa I dah pernah tulis sebelum ini kat sini.

Saat memilih nama A'aesyah Marissa, I memang dengar nasihat mama I bila tanya dia pasal nak pilih nama ni. Mama would say...kalau lelaki, nama2 nabi la...kalau perempuan nama2 isteri nabi atau wanita2 hebat dalam Islam.

Aisha r.a
The life of Aishah is proof that a woman can be far more learned than
men and that she can be the teacher of scholars and experts. Her life
is also proof that a woman can exert influence over men and women and
provide them with inspiration and leadership . Her life is also proof
that the same woman can be totally feminine and be a source of
pleasure, joy and comfort to her husband.
She did not graduate from any university there were no universities
as such in her day. But still her utterances are studied in faculties
of literature, her legal pronouncements are studied in colleges of
law and her life and works are studied and researched by students
and teachers of Muslim history as they have been for over a thousand
years.

Entah macamana selalu bayangkan isteri Rasullullah ni pada zamannya seorang yang sangat cantik dan cerdik ~ satu "senjata" seorang wanita perlu ada dalam zaman sekarang ni.

You get scared bila fikir nak besarkan another girl in your family ~ tak perlulah I huraikan panjang lebar but I think you faham apa yang I maksudkan.

Cantik sahaja is not enough nak survive sekarang kalau tak ada akal. Tapi I memang sangat suprised bila pilih nama ni, A'aesyah memang sesuai for my 2nd girl. A'aesyah memang daddy's little girl. Teringat masa DH betulkan kipas living room, sanggup mendongak tengok setiap gerak geri DH.

The bulk of her vast treasure of knowledge was obtained while she was
still quite young. In her early childhood she was brought up by her
father who was greatly liked and respected for he was a man of wide
knowledge, gentle manners and an agreeable presence....
Ramai orang percaya yang Aisha r.a cantik dengan tersendirinya.
Mama selalu pesan, harus extra careful jaga A'aesyah because of the inner beauty that she posses dari kecik. Jangan leka. Kadang-kadang Allah swt nak menduga kita

...dari senyuman dia

...dan betapa mulusnya dia pada pandangan mata kami.

In her youth, already known for her striking beauty and her
formidable memory, she came under the loving care and attention of
the Prophet himself. As his wife and close companion she acquired
from him knowledge and insight such as no woman has ever acquired.

...and Marissa ~ dalam bahasa Arab it means baik hati. Which is what my A'aesyah Marissa Izardy is in everyway :))
