One of the most exciting thing ever to happen when Liya moved in with us was the ability to study Taewando. I have always been fascinated with the discipline and the self confidence one gains if you take it up.

Of course, I do not expect her to change overnight but I have noticed that her stamina is better and her self confidence has grown.

After four months of taking up class, she recently underwent grading and passed with flying colors. She holds a yellow belt now and looks forward to next and the next after. Although there are evenings after class that she complains of the aches and pains, but even if you see the warming up session, I know that my girl even at 10 years old is one tough cookie and something even I find hard to follow :)
