Motherhood is HARD
The challenge and joy of motherhood – I loved the raw honesty. Being a mother is sooooo hard sometimes. Who hasn’t had a Charlotte moment, just crying silently to yourself and wondering what the heck is wrong with you? And time for yourself is ok, it’s essential, it’s not selfish or wrong.
As a mother, a wife and a woman. And yes, we love and adore our children beyond words. That’s not the point.

Jamie Oliver picked me!
Sedikit background on Food Revolution Day :
Food Revolution Day on 19 May is a chance for people who love food to come together to share information, talents and resources; to pass on their knowledge and highlight the world’s food issues. All around the globe, people will work together to make a difference. Food Revolution Day is about connecting with your community through events at schools, restaurants, local businesses, dinner parties and farmers' markets. We want to inspire change in people’s food habits and to promote the mission for better food and education for everyone.
Sedikit background on HSFFYB:
In March 2011, saya created a group called Homemade Solid Food For Your Baby di facebook. The purpose of this group was as exactly as what is said above "come together to share information, talents and resources; to pass on their knowledge and highlight the world’s food issues" specifically on preparing first solids for 6 Months to 12 Months and then continuing after that. Saya cuba galakkan ibu-ibu untuk tidak menggunakan nestum but sebaliknya use natural food sources such as grains, vegetables and fruits.
My 4 other co founders came later : Wan Mai, Fara Kertina, Shehan Ismail and Maghfarah. They were the strong opinions as well behind this group.
When Jamie Oliver posted this "I need help with my revolution" I jumped on the bandwagon and wasted no time in menyusun "karangan" I for him

The role of an Ambassador is to be the local point of contact for Food Revolution Day events by reaching out to schools, businesses and farmers markets to make sure they know all the ways they can get involved.Ambassadors are the spark of enthusiasm that can turn this into a local movement by connecting the dots of support.
Food Revolution Day aims to give those who have been working tirelessly a platform to share their knowledge with the local community and open up opportunities for even more people to learn about real food through participation. Whether that is a local chef offering a cooking class, gardeners teaching their neighbours how to make a vegetable garden in their own backyard or food educators getting creative and offering local experiences like 'shopping healthy on a budget', Food Revolution Day provides an opportunity for us to unite and have all of these events happen on one day.
As part of the global team, Ambassadors will share regular updates with their community to ensure the campaign is adapting to the needs of volunteers and will also work with local press to answer any questions.
So if you love food and planning events, want to connect with your community and get them involved on May 19 and think you have the leadership to become one of our global Ambassadors, head over to FoodRevolutionDay.com and fill out this application.

4 days after I applied I received an email from Sarah Curl from jamieoliver.com that said "seem to be on the right track and already have great ideas" and they accepted my application :)
In addition she said :
I tak adalah berharap sangat sampai dapat masuk local paper kan huhuhu but its a good platform of sharing about much needed information for mothers out there.
The group with or without Food Revolution Day has already been teaching mak-mak kat luar sana to use REAL FOOD and to teach REAL FOOD to their anak-anak every single day through this group. There is no such thing as breakfast, lunch or dinner that comes in the box. There is such a thing as no salt or no sugar for as long as they can tahan. Plain milk if possible. No encouraging of Milo, Sweets, Junk Food...healthy eating in, bad habits OUT. We give emotional support to those who have been undermined by others even family ones about their choices.
From the day I was appointed to 19 May and sampai bila-bila pun I will advocate REAL FOOD. I am just proud that we are not the only ones who believe in this cause. I'm just glad I have an abundance of information from the Food Revolution team to further make these moms knowledgeable :)

Ladies Night with MooGoo
Pernah beli skin care dan mereka raikan anda?
I also got to met some of the fabulous moms kat AAE. AAE is an online support group for Asthma Allergies and Eczema.
And this is my all favourite photo from the event - Anak Mrs Spicy - Maryam hehehe
Tak pernah kan hehehe
Habis-habis pun maybe jadi ahli club then dapat discount..
Adalah setahun sekali huhuhu
But since buying MooGoo memang baru dapat tahu yang diaorang suka raikan customers dia. Especially customers yang anak-anak atau diri sendiri ada eczema atau psoriasis.
WHY? Sebab they know how hard life is. I love these kinds of met up by MooGoo sebab selalu dapat share experience dengan other E sufferers.
This time around MooGoo buat "Ladies Night Only" but you can bring your husband. Cuma kena duduk tepi jaga anak hik hik hik It was also first time kami sampai ke Centrepoint, Bandar Damansara. Since kami sampai early, we checked out the shops, siap ada playground lagi hehehe
I datang dengan my best buddy Intan. Intan drive all the way from Taiping. Hebat kan?
Because she knows what is best for her Adam and only MooGoo is the best Why? sebab MooGoo is all natural. No paraben, no SLS, no steroid, no mineral oil. SLS stands for sodium lauryl sulfate. Don't be suprised if u check ur baby products ada benda ni...lama-lama pakai boleh menipiskan kulit tau.
Intan is soooo ultra cool with my kids..sangat terharu kadang-kadang...
Dulu macam tak ambik pot sangat pasal natural skin care but ever since Mimi ada eczema ni I am very careful what goes into our family's bathroom.
Venue of ladies night ni was at Kitchen Creatures. No frills dining.
As usual, saya ni jenis janji orang putih, hahaha, mesti sampai lebih awal daripada orang lain :P
That night I got to meet dua orang head of marketing from Australia, Karen and Angelique. I also got to met some of the fabulous moms kat AAE. AAE is an online support group for Asthma Allergies and Eczema.
Siap ada games lagi. Place the tail on the cow. Guess la who the winner is hehehe
Some more photos of the event. What is an event without a group photo ngeh ngeh ngeh
Btw, my friend Intan balik with a special prize. Ofkos, if you sanggup drive 2 hours to a MooGoo Event memang patut you dapat kan!And this is my all favourite photo from the event - Anak Mrs Spicy - Maryam hehehe
Dan what is an event without goody bags ngeh ngeh ngeh. This is what we got.
Diaorang masukkan juga katalog baru for the new products going to be available di Malaysia. Oppss jangan salah faham MooGoo bukan MLM punya company. They are available at pharmacies. Check here
Yang ni untuk halau nyamuk. Boleh minum ok. That is how NATURAL this product is huhuhu
